Are you required to sell a used car (by owner) with insurance?
I have a used 2000 Mitsubishi Galant that I’m looking to sell. The insurance was cancelled December 13th 2009 and transferrred over to my new car. The people at Geico said we had 30 days to sell the car before there was a fine. Can they do that? How am I supposed to sell the car after 30 days?
I’m in Miami, FL

In that spirit, here are some cell phone safety would be rescue teams:
1. Never read and write text messages while driving. 2. Program frequently called numbers in the phone memory to preserve the numbering to a minimum. 3. If you need to dial when the car is moving, hold the phone at eye level if you have a clear view of the road. 4. Do not make phone calls emotional while driving. 5. Place your phone within reach. 6. Suspend calls in heavy traffic or bad weather – you have to focus even more dangerous conditions. 7. short conversations. Inform the person you call that is in a car, and hang up as soon as possible. 8. If possible, place calls when you do not move. Pull as far as possible. 9. Ask a passenger to help. Ask someone to make or answer a call.
Still is much better to err on the side of safety.
